Pintyplus Tech Universal Primer is a multipurpose solution designed for priming any surface. It is a synthetic primer with strong anti-corrosive power, ideal for treating surfaces that may suffer deterioration, exposure to aggressive products, weather conditions, or the appearance of rust. Its finish is matt and it is free from chromium and lead compounds.

How to use Pintyplus Tech Universal Primer

The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants. Remove rust and flakes, if present, with a wire brush. Eliminate grease stains with solvent.

• Shake the aerosol vigorously for 1 minute after the mixing balls sound.
• Spray from a distance of 25/30 cm, applying a thin coat. A thin coat is enough to achieve adhesion and anti-corrosive properties. If additional coats are required, apply from 30 cm to avoid paint runs caused by build-up.
• After use, turn the can upside down and spray until only gas comes out to clean the nozzle.

Recommendations

On already painted surfaces, if adhesion is good, sand lightly to improve grip; if adhesion is poor, remove the old paint. To help remove paint residues, we recommend using the Tech Paint Stripper.

For a color finish, repaint with Pintyplus Basic or Pintyplus Evolution.

Do not use on equipment connected to electricity and apply in well-ventilated areas.

Once empty, the aerosol must be disposed of in the yellow recycling bin.
