European Aerosols S.A.U. and Novasol Spray S.A.U. announce the integration of both companies into a single legal entity, which will operate under the corporate name European Aerosols S.A.U. as of July 1, 2026, maintaining the NIF/VAT A43366251 (currently held by Novasol Spray).
This operation is part of the group’s strategic plan to strengthen its presence in Spain and consolidate its position in a market that has undergone profound transformation in recent years. The aerosol paint sector has evolved significantly, with long-established brands expanding their reach by integrating into larger international structures, creating new opportunities for growth and innovation.
In this context, the integration of Novasol Spray — a company with a strong track record since 1981 — represents a natural step towards consolidating capabilities. For more than four decades, Novasol has played a key role in the development of the market in Spain, with well-known brands such as Pintyplus, which has achieved remarkable national and international expansion. Likewise, the NBQ brand, focused on the creative and artistic segment, reflects a commitment to specialization and innovation within the sector.
Through this operation, European Aerosols — one of the leading European manufacturers of aerosol paints, with an annual production of around 150 million units — strengthens its industrial and commercial structure by integrating capabilities and adding its third production plant. The full integration of the group in Spain, which began in July 2024, will allow for process optimization, improved operational coordination, and the delivery of an even more agile, close, and efficient service to customers and partners.
Business activities will continue as normal, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring continuity in commercial relationships. Furthermore, this integration will support the future development of the brands and enable a stronger, more innovative value proposition, better aligned with market needs.
